Hello and welcome to "The Egg" - a website dedicated to my 3D film project.

First off, let me introduce myself... My name's Matt Badley and I'm a graduate from Brunel University, UK. I studied Multimedia and this website was built to accompany my final year project. For more information please visit my portfolio.

My end of year project was to explore the capabilities of multimedia software to produce a short 3D animation, and I chose to guide my project in the way of a 3D cartoon starring egg characters (sounds silly I know, but anyway…).

The purpose of this site was to document each stage in the creation of the movie, including conceptual ideas and thoughts right through to storyboarding, modelling, 3D tests, rigging, animating and final renderings.
